that night it was working but after leaving the laptop on for an hour, suddenly i can't access the internet i tried safemode and i can acess the internet so i downloaded some antivirus installers but when i try to open them they just wont run maybe due to the virus. Then i found the chameleon thing with malwarebytes.. i installed it then ran a scan.. after scanning i restarted my laptop but it still can't access the internet unless i put it on safe mode.. please help Addition.txt FRST.txt Shortcut.txt scan log.txt -
Good morning, We have an incident with several of our computers, we realized that these have been infected by a virus (Backdoor.Bot). Malwarebytes detects the virus, and put them into quarantine, but the virus is still in the computers. I´d like to know if there is something else we can do to clean these computers. Regards,
