  8. My Malwarebytes software scan my computer and finds a few TrojanDNSChanger threats. When I attempt to quarantine them, Malwarebytes sits on "quarantining threats 0 of 15" all night. 9. Hi there, Recently, my laptop always stuck at shutting down screen, I need to manually press the power button to switch it off. So I ran MBAM to scan my system with the rootkit detection active but always getting this error: "Error: malwarebytes was unable to load the anti-rootkit driver. 10. I have a laptop that I use sparingly for school and leisure. It runs on Windows 7 and has never given me any problems, really, other than being unable to play videogames. It suffices for email, internet, and schoolwork, so that is enough for me. However, one thing led to another, and recently after trying every tactic I can think of in my limited knowledge of the IT industry, I have come to the conclusion that my recent sufferings in memory usage, freezing during web use, and overall cpu performance are a result of some undetectable form of malware. After scouring the web for advice on how
  11. Hello, For about the past 3 or 4 months I haven't been unable to download pretty much any file off of the internet. When I try to download a song off of the internet, the song will download very glitchy as if the song didn't fully download. Another example would be when I try to download a software update for my phone off of the internet it will just give me an error saying it was unable to download. I have downloaded a few anti-malware and anti-virus programs to see if I could find anything wrong, and whatever the scans found I removed from my computer. There were a few programs that kep

The issue started occurring after I installed what I thought was a free game which also installed a whole bunch of other programs. I have uninstalled all of them butt it still won't let me go online. I have tried to uncheck the box in LAN settings to disable the use of a proxy server, but it automatically rechecks itself. I'm assuming this is a virus and I don't know how to remove it. I have watched numerous videos and done numerous things to try and resolve this issue,

  15. Hello, I have recently ran Malwarebytes normally in Quick Scan and then waited a while and came across some kind of malicious software called Hijack.Homepage. So I've decided to remove it and then it told me to restart to remove it. So I did, and after my system restarted I wanted to make sure if it's gone so I scanned it again and then, the same software popped up. So I removed, restarted, scanned again and it's still there. So for a while I've did the same thing over and over again like a maniac and nothing really changed. I've also scanned with Norton 360 and then after the scan the Hijack.
