  1. I recently bought a license and I can't activate it When I try to activate it, 2 messages pop up: (1)"Unable to contact license server. Check your proxy settings or contact your system administrator for help." (2)"Installation_token Not Found" "Do you get the same result more than once if you follow the same steps? Y/N" - Yes. I've added screenshots of the messages. I've tried the link that I've seen around these forums - https://keystone.mwbsys.com and it wont load it properly and say - This site can’t be reached keystone.mwbsys.com refused to conne
  2. I had ran a rootkit scan got 3 winzips. I removed these and after doing so malwarebytes has been having problems contacting the license server, it asks me to check my network settings. I could restore them but i have read their are no necessary rootkits for malwarebytes to run and this only happens on one of the two computers i have malwarebytes installed on.

  4. I noticed my performance chugging and saw that MBAMService.exe started overusing my resources. It happens whenever I start up now. Then when I tried to go to My Account, I get a popup saying "Unable to contact license server. Check your network settings or contact your system administrator for help."   9. So I recently upgraded to MBAM 3.1.2 and ever since then I've tried to click on my license and it shows some error message saying "Unable to contact license server. Check your network connection or contact your system administrator for help". I am my system administrator and I have no clue how to fix this issue. I've tried reinstalling and it didn't work. I didn't recieve this issue back in the 3.0.6 update (i think it was) Please help -Sam
