  1. Hello again, I'm starting with a new post because my first one was complicated by margaritas, was far too convoluted, and didn't contain the proper information so I asked that it be removed.   2. I have a client that has MB3 installed. It says right from the start (win10, latest update). Unable to connect the Service. if reinstall right over the top of old installation, it works, but fails again if rebooted. Tried to uninstall, it fails too. Even after reinstall.   4. I have the premium 2nd version of malwarebytes, but I don't know which update it is on, as the application will not show it. I am unable to connect to the download server to update the database and the application is telling me, my system is not fully protected. I turned on the Malware protection and Malware website protection, but when I restart my computer the setting turn off. I am in need of help.
  5. Hi, I have been unable to to play games or use apps in facebook and other sites. I am able to browse fine, watch videos fine but only when i start playing a flash game/app it says im unble to connect. So i am wondering if it perhaps is due to a malware issue.
