  1. I get a MB popup telling me real-time protection is not turned on. When I go into settings and try to turn on the protection, I am prevented from moving the switch to ON. In addition, I cannot open MB. I can open it in safe mode and do a scan, but it finds nothing. I have performed several scans with MBAR beta, finding nothing to clean.I also can not do a system restore. Windows 10 64 bit. I am a MB Premium Member. I am attaching the zip file you need, as per your instructions. mb-check-results.zip
  2. For the 3rd or 4th time, Real time turned off this morning... HELP (please)
  3. The dashboard on my premium subscription shows that my computer is not fully protected. It will not keep the default setting and reverts to the "You're not fully protected" message. The web protection button will not stay on. What's happened? How do I fix this? My subscription was renewed just last month.
  4. The last few days, I get the pop-up that real-time protection is not enabled, and it suggests to turn Web-protection and Ransomware protection on. Unfortunately it is not possible to turn it back on. I followed another post ( ) where it suggests to add exceptions, which I did. It seems now the ransomware protection can be enabled (at least sometimes it stays enabled), but the real-time web-protection cannot be turned on. I attached the scan-results like suggested in the other post. Can someone take a look what might be wrong? I don't know what to do ...
