  1. Hi, I have scanned my computer with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Home, and it detected the following items: Trojan.Agent.ED PUP.Optional.Yontoo (13 of these) PUP.Optional.OpenCandy PUP.Optional.BundleInstaller.DW PUP.Optional.Babylon I quarentined and then deleted all the files and then re-ran Malwarebytes twice. It is saying the computer is clean now, but can I be sure that it is? Many thanks! Caroline The FRST.txt and Addition.txt files are shown below: Scan result of Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST) (x64) Version:05-03-2016 01 Ra

  3. A Win7 Pro x64 Laptop has become infected over the past couple of days (very slow operation; protected by Malwarebytes & Vipre). Malwarebytes log extracts are appended, with the Trojan identifications including: Trojan.Agent.ED Trojan.Agent.0BGen2 Exploit.Drop.70 Trojan.Dorkbot.ED These files are on the Windows desktop (and elsewhere): HELP_DECRYPT.HTML HELP_DECRYPT.PNG HELP_DECRYPT.TXT HELP_DECRYPT.URL And "The Windows Security Center can't be started" - MicrosoftFixit50981.msi doesn't work, nor can 'Security Center' services be started. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
  4. MBAM has suddenly started detecting two REMO Repair files as trojans, starting today: C:\Program Files (x86)\Remo Repair MOV 2.0\rs-repairmov.exe C:\Program Files (x86)\Remo Repair Zip 2.0\rsziprpr.exe rs-repairmov.exe [17028329548EE3E55DB5559D7E68DE97=MD5] at Virus Total: 0/55 https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/155102c482cf1627442ff85961fc94b2943cb8cd4f9e80cad8990c080aabb9b5/analysis/ rsziprpr.exe [FBA2EFB06FF0E43C6FB7B2055B2F7CB5=MD5] at Virus Total: 0/54 https://www.virustotal.com/en/file/2b2875ef977ae9d6eab353ae5653c8649a719180c7fd200e4150457c14bca14e/analysis/ rs-repairmov.zip rsziprpr
  5. Hi, I downloaded a game called War Thunder a while back from Steam and have been playing this for a while. It has never caused problems before until now, when I started the game after a recent update, Malwarebytes would detect it as a threat. I did a Threat Scan and it found nothing, but when I scanned the War Thunder file specifically in C:/Program Files, then it will detect it. Before this, the launcher would cause the Malicious Website Protection to go off too, usually during updates. So I'm wondering if this is a false positive or this game is a dangerous file? I trust Steam would no
  6. Hi there, My MBAM Premium scan detected Trojan.Agent.ED on June 17. I quarantined and deleted it, then ran CCleaner too. The scans up until today, June 20, were clean, but now it says it found Trojan.Agent.ED again. I have no clue how I am getting infected with this virus, or whether I have been able to clean it off properly. Can someone help me make sure this virus is fully cleared? Thanks.
  7. Similar to my earlier post from today, I'd like to get the ball rolling on this similarly-infected PC. $20 donation posted for all of your hard work! Thank you. attach.txt dds.txt
