I created an account just to register my discontent, and then I'll be gone from the forum and from Malwarebytes. Windows 7 Pro on a Dell Vostro. Had Malwarebytes installed for the occasional scan because even careful users like me sometimes get the odd spyware because of unscrupulous vendors including unwanted stuff I didn't ask for. It's an OK free tool for that purpose. Not great, not as good as it once was, but easy to find and install, so it is (was) among the tools I use on the infrequent occasion that I run into an infected machine. (I'm the IT manager for my company, which of

Hello Support, I had a enpoint protection cloud trial account and had setup some schedules and enpoint etc on here. We decided to get a license for this but I can't work out how to get my license to work. I'm my malwarebyes account there is trial & {company name} as the options but when I sign into malwarebyes cloud it is still in trial. Does the license automatically apply once the trial is up or what do I do? Cheers, Moses

I downloaded the Malwarebytes 3.0 from your site and the version is 3.1.2 which is trial for 14 days i think. Everything should work as the premium version for the trial version so i believe the auto update too? All updates are to Auto but I have to manually update whenever I am told they are out of date. Is this normal because i really want to buy your product but if the auto updates has issues its a problem for me :/

I downloaded the latest Malwarebytes "Free" version and it is showing me "Trial" in the Malwarebytes Window title...and showing now "12 Day(s) Remaining". This is revision "1.62.0.2.1300". Here is what I did: 1. I went to the "Malwarebytes.org" website--> 2. Clicked on the "Free Download-From our trusted Partner Sites" box--> 3. Got to the following webpage: http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?part=dl-10804572&subj=dl&tag=button 4. Clicked on the green "Download Now" Box. 5. Downloaded the following binary file as a "Save" to my hard drive

So I a few days ago I started the free trial of premium Malwarebytes Antimalware, it's run it's scans regularly in the background and I do an active scan every few days. Today I looked at the icon on the task bar and noticed it had a little orange sign on it with an exclamation mark. I ran a scan myself with no results, and it ran a scan around 4am on its on with the same results. I checked the log and vault and theres nothing quarantined in it and nothing out of the ordinary in the logs. Is it just because my trial is almost over? It has about 7 days left and noticed looking at the actual m

Hi there. (This is probably an incredibly dumb question but I know next to nothings about computers so...) My Malwarebytes got a pop-up the other day that said that a free trial of some sort expired. I did some researching that said that it could've been the 14-day trial version of PRO, but I'm not sure, since I didn't download Malwarebytes to this computer. Will I still be able to scan my computer without buying a premium? Should I uninstall and reinstall Malwarebytes just to be safe, which would potentially reactivate the free trial? Thank you for any help in advance. Also, how do you di

While I greatly appreciate reminers, is there any way to disable the pop-up screen that asks me to purchase or decline the Pro version of Malwarebytes? Your product is great, but I cannot afford to purchase it at this time, and I would like to not have to keep clicking "decline" every time I open the program. Ideally, the purpose is to use it at least once per week, but that pop-up screen is really getting to me. I would be extemely grateful if someone could advise me how to disable this or revert to an older version that did not utilize the nag screen perhaps. Thank you very much, and kud

Hello, this is my first post Ok, the Malwarebytes trial won't end. (gladly). It normally counted down in the beginning until 0. It stayed at 0 for about 3 days and went back up to 13 days left. It's acting like WinRAR and is stuck on 13 days, won't go down. Why is this? I am using 1.6. This is good! Ha ha. I downloaded it because someone was using a RAT to access my computer. I just want to hear your thoughts!

Hey everyone, I just wanted to let you know that after updating the free version of Malwarebytes on an old computer of mine it now automatically updates as if it was a full paid professional edition. I didn't know if this was a new feature so I thought I'd mention it on here before I did anything. I have not activated the trial version, it's running the standard free edition.
