I just recently tried using Malwarebytes again (after using it several times before on different computers) and it has detected only 3 threats. As of this post, it has been working on removing these three files for over 20 minutes. I'm aware that lots more files means that the program will work harder and longer to remove them but 3 isn't a big number. Is the program stuck? Why is it taking so long to remove the threats?
I was working on something in Firefox recently when I noticed this pop-up notification. Is this expected behavior from Malwarebytes? I've never seen a pop-up notification like it. No offense to the MBAM design team, but it honestly doesn't look legitimate and I want to confirm that this is legit.
Threat scan only seems to scan through the SSD that I have win7 and Malwarebytes 3.0 is installed in. For example, when I perform a threat scan, it goes through 355,000 items. I disconnect my second SSD drive and power cable (the one that doesnt have win7 and Malwarebytes 3.0 installed) and perform another threat scan and only 355,000 items are scanned. Anyway to configure it so threat scans include both of my SSDs? Thanks!
