  1. Hi, I have attached the Sysnative BSOD Dump for you to look at, and see what the culprit is. Can you please help me. SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip
  2. BSOD when downloading something using uTorrent and utlilizing full bandwidth (~11MB/s). Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium. Also happened once playing games, great. https://www.dropbox.com/s/2g51bulpza9r062/111316-7109-01.dmp?dl=0
  3. Hello, I apologise for posting the new topic with same title. This is probably third one since I seen others facing the same BSOD issue as I had encountered it today. The bug check string and code are: BAD_HEADER_POOL and 0x00000019. Others determined the bug check as a memory problem. MemTest86+ came back no errors after running four passes. WinDBG showed it otherwise. The message said, "*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for mwac.sys *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for mwac.sys. This is something to do with Malwarebytes 3.0 and networking issue. I followed the temporary workaround by switching off the web protection to prevent BSOD from occurring while web browsing. Before upgrading to Malwarebytes v3.0, I haven't encountered any BSODs with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware v2.2 installed in my system. There still are none of hardware conflicts in the device manager prior to/following to the upgrade. No issues using older, stable drivers such as Intel RST and MEI installed on Windows 10 1607 build 14939.576. I am still using the latest driver installed by Windows Update for EnGenius EUB9603 EXT USB Wireless Adapter. Here's the attached files: 1. logs.zip 2. 121916-7140-01.dmp 3. FRST.txt 4. Addition.txt
  4. Hi.I upgraded malwarebytes from v 2 to the new v3.04 but all i get is bsod and when I check it says the fault is tcpip.sys and ntoskrnl.exe so I'm wondering whats wrong wirth it? v2 works with any problems so this is frustrating if we all are gonna automaticly upgraded evntualy.I'm a premium user and I use windows defender and windows 10 64bit anniversary. I also tried to do the clean removal of malwarebytes and install malwarebytes 3.0.4 but with same results. The bsod starts when i start up skype and firefox.
  5. I have lost everything this time. I have BSOD non stop since march. I can not take this anymore. I have already sent the computer back to HP and they sent it back and put a new Ethernet and network card in it. Now this computer that's new since March and has done it since I bought it, now my Dell that Iv had since 2013 is doing it. They all have one thing in common and the logs now show me that Its your protection that has been making me going in circles crying I have lost all my memories and documents now. PLEASE lets work on this right now and lets fix this. Then when I'm done with this were going to get my other laptop that wont go past a black screen at login after it BSOD with the same exact Critical Kernal System service exeption due to Tcpip.sys causing the BSOD. Microsoft and I have reinstalled windows 7 times now. HP AND Dell both now have done all they can. Everytime I get a new computer I have no choice but to install your service. I live in a church. We are targets constantly with attacks that your service blocks the malware all the time. I can not be without Malwarebytes. This is NOT an option. The only option is for someone here to start telling me what to do. The BSOD made it all the way from restore to the very last update that was MS windows 10 latest build update and it Crashed. Before that I clicked on a youtube video and got the BSOD . It always happens to me in the moments I am trying to browse safe and to update. It says its a Ip type issue and Malwarebytes is the blame I have learned. That explains why I have restarted and your service is not running and didn't start like it always does. Its not even running. When I first reinstalled it today the Realtime protection kept saying "Off" and I would say Fix and turn on from the right bottom right clicking. I restarted the service in Admin tools and it didn't work. I had to restart 3 times and run Fixdamage. I cant keep this up. Please help me!! I just want to play online again!! 6. I've been getting lots of BSOD's using any browser on a W7 home premium system (IE 11, firefox, chrome). It is intermittent. Sometimes it happens quickly; other times I can go for a while before it hits. The OSR online crash analyzer of the x0000003b (system_service_exception) 00000000c0000005 (exception code) says PROCESS: mbamservice.ex and points to a module name of TCPIP and IMAGE NAME of TCPIP.sys. I have a W7 pro system and don't have the problem on this system. This is where I am entering this post - I wouldn't even try to do it on the W7 home premium system because I probably wouldn't get through it without a BSOD. MinidumpAnal-20140920.doc
