  1. I ran the basic repair tool without thinking (I was fairly tired) and upon restarting, literally nothing works. I can log in alright but programs won’t run, either doing nothing or giving me error messages. I can’t even see any available networks never mind connect to them. I’ve gotten errors for the Microsoft Notification Center, windows firewall, windows update settings, and once there was even a log telling me that the video hardware itself was damaged, which never came back after a second reset. A system restore ends up failing as well, saying it can’t access a file. Please help me ASAP.
  2. My headsets stopped working when i removed a malware from my PC. I clicked on restart via malwarebytes for the removal process to be finished and then my PC frose on the blue screen where it says restarting and then i turned the PC off and turned it on again. But once i did my PC had remove my headsets software drive and also out of nowhere my device driver was not working properly and the troubleshooter didn't detect anything. I need help pls someone help me and also this happend to my gaming headset directly after the restart and also now i have no malware left or any threat or virus but i watched YouTube and try to see solutions and not any solution worked. So pls I need someone in Support & Help to help me because no YouTube videos could help me and also pls contact me as fast as possible or comment if you know a solution. (i have checked for update drivers for my specific headsets if didn't even have any)
  3. Virgin Mobile Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) [SM-A530W] Android version 9 Phone is not rooted. No other security software running. I am unable to add any apps to the whitelist. I can view the whitelist, but that is it. I cannot figure out how to edit it in any way. As it is now, it is just blank. Nothing is in the whitelist. Long pressing apps in the, "App Manager" section does nothing other than go to that app's info within MBAM. From there I can go into Android's app info section where I can either uninstall or force stop. On the scanner page all I can do is remove things from the list by swiping left or right. Long pressing does nothing, just pressing does nothing. There is no option to modify the whitelist through settings. I have premium and the app is up-to-date. So, why can I not do anything with the whitelist other than look at it?
  4. So I purchased an activation key, went to activated and got a message saying "Unable to contact license server". Attached is my logs using FRST and mb-check. mb-check-results.zip
  5. I am using Malwarebytes for the las 3 years and everything went ok. Now, with the last update versión 3.7.1.2839 I am having issues: after install this versión I get the message "Unable to connect the Service"; contacted the Malwarebytes support and I am waiting for an answer since 3 days, so I went back to an older versión to "stay protected" against malware. If some one have the solution for this problema, I Will be gratefull.
  6. I recently noticed my paid subscription to Malwarebytes kept crashing partway through scans. I also have avg paid full protection and somehow I still got infected even though I’m very careful and clean. Avg cannot detect either, both on max settings. Went to safe mode, cannot run windows defender scans, cannot run avg, Malwarebytes cannot detect anything. Really need help cleaning my machine, please help!! No downloads or extra files and cannot find a virus although I’m a novice at that.

I have been paying for malware bytes for 3 years it turns out (my fault for not checking) but the fact you are still charging me when i have no email attached to an account anymore is terrible, i have just made this account with what i thought was my email from my old account but no... please get in contact with me to discus refunding and proving its my account, i have blocked you with my bank but charging me on the 27th is not okay when i have cancelled, just want some actual customer support that can recover my old account. Give me a number or something useful other than a bad forum post. (maybe i missed the number who knows with this god awful site)
  8. I downloaded AdwareCleaner after realizing there was some adware on my computer. I did a scan and it found 5 threats, it removed four but left one. When I opened up the log to check it said that Chromium URLs AOL was not deleted. Why isn't it deleting it and how can I get it to be deleted? Please help. Thank you

  10. Hey guys ! So, when I'm trying to use malwarebyte and avira together, after scanning with malwarebyte I get a error from avira that it blocked access/changes to my proxy/files in my directory. It's probably because malwarbytes tried to clean up some malware from my pc. ' Is there any way to add malwarbytes to "allowed" or "exceptions" in avira ? so that it can complete the whole process ?
  11. Where is your support team? 2 tickets in past month, multiple emails and no response. Your company is horribl. I'm not going to renew my subscription since you don't have the courtesy to response to simple support requests. #98562240 #2058584 See attached. Why is this mini window showing up when the program is already minimized to tray and not shown in taskbar?
  12. Hey guys, So I've been having an issue with Steam for the past few months, every sense the new update came out. This issue is that the game hosting service steam doesn't have the ability to connect to servers after I install Malware-bytes onto my desktop. I've tested this multiple times, altered multiple factors and done a number of different things, and this is the only constant issue. Whenever I attempt to log in with malware byte installed, steam fails to connect to its servers, but once its been purged via the removal tool steam has no issues. I would love to keep using Malware-bytes service, but I will not if this issue can't be resolved. I will provide any support I can from my end.
  13. I have a paid 2 years subscription to MB Premium starting in Feb 2017. I got a MB prompt to upgrade to the latest version and I did it. Once the program completed its upgrade, it was no longer premium version. It was the free version. I tried several times entering my license key and verified it via the website and it would not upgrade to the premium version. Its prompting me to purchase a new key. I rebooted my computer (Windows 10) and it made no difference. I submitted a ticket on 30 August 2017 and received an automated reply that they received the support request. This is what I have now. I can not believe it takes this long to get a response from support any one else experiencing this issue. I am about to jump ship for another solution at this point. I submitted another ticket today to see if I get any response.
