  1. Hello, I recently purchased a 3 seat premium license to Malware bytes. I have now added (1) Windows and (2) MAC computers. On my account subscriptions page, I only see the one Windows computer listed. The two MAC computers are MIA. As far as I can tell, the MAC computers installed the application correctly and say full premium after my key was activated. Is this a glitch? Are my MAC clients actually working? (no indication that it isn't). Am I able to use my key on as many MAC's as I want seeing that none ever show up on my account? (I wouldn't, but this seems like a huge flaw). Lastly, is there any way to validate the MAC client is actually working as intended? I know Windows clients can run an executable to verify, but I have found nothing on the MAC side. I have a MAC suspected of having ransomware, but when Malwarebytes runs, it finds nothing. Thanks!
  2. I just purchased a 2-year license for 2 devices.The first time I purchased a license was last year (2 1-year licenses) and dealt with Cleverbridge. Now I have to deal with Avangate. Here are 2 screenshots which apparently contradict each other. So my account on the software shows auto renewal as not turned off, and my.malwarebytes account shows auto renewal as turned off. Does anyone know which is correct or how I can resolve this?
