  1. So I've had this issue for a little while: my subscription auto renewed back in May but my Malwarebytes Dashboard continues to say that my subscription expired (and if I'd like to renew). Clicking the link only gets me the "You're all set" message. I verified with my credit card and Cleverbridge and it did renew. So why am I still seeing this message with all my protections off??
  2. I noticed mine said Auto Renew also, I do not like that option but can't find where to turn it off. I purchased this for someone and do not want to do it again.
  3. Hello, I've been trying to add/purchase an additional seat to an existing subscription with no luck. Seems that it is not possible. Which is quite troubling. If not possible is there a way to purchase and link an additional subscription to an existing account? Is it really necessary to create a new account every time a computer is added? I'd rather not believe this would be the case. Any help or suggestion would be highly appreciated. Thanks
  4. I now have a premium license. In it on the id and key are displayed and expiration status is written a "never" So If i migrate malwarebytes to my new pc. how can I transfer my lifetime license
