  1. Hi, I am facing since mid March same infection as Gigaset-Siemens users: my pre-installed update app keeps pushing 'gem', 'smart', and 'xiaoan' trojan. My Whatsapp account has also been blocked. My phone is SG INO 6S. Thank you for any help you can provide.
  2. Paid for pro after i got the virus. will not remove. tried in safe mode. the "protection" on the MB antivirus will not enable. error message " program error protection module 1068, What can i do? the Smart scan starts on start up. HELP!! thanks Chuck
  3. I have a laptop with Windows 7 that is infected with the S.M.A.R.T. virus. Starting it in Safe Mode seems to be the best solution so far. I have checked "No proxy" in the connection settings. I don't know where to start and I know you will need some logs to view. Thanks and I will get all requested information for you upon request.
  4. Help, please! My other labtop was infected with this virus just now. I tried running the computer in safe mode and ran a quickscan, found 3 threats and removed them, but Smart Fortress was still there when I rebooted to Normal mode! Now I've got it back in safe mode with networking (does that make a difference?) and am running a full scan. But what do I need to do now? I don't know how to post logs and stuff so if you need them, please tell me how! Did a system restore via safe mode and now it "looks" like it's all good. Running a full scan just in case!
