  1. I'm unable to connect too the server of this STEAM game due to this program. When I turn off "Web Protection", it's able to connect. (Example in the picture.) Even when I exclude both the program and the IP address of the game, it still doesn't "Exclude."
  2. I had ran a rootkit scan got 3 winzips. I removed these and after doing so malwarebytes has been having problems contacting the license server, it asks me to check my network settings. I could restore them but i have read their are no necessary rootkits for malwarebytes to run and this only happens on one of the two computers i have malwarebytes installed on.
  3. Hi, First I have seen of this I have a Windows server 2012 essentials and yesterday I got a error, it will not boot up, sits on black screen advising me to email scryptmail.com and they will provide me with a password. Have I got a ransomware virus, do I have any options ? Thank you in advance.
  4. I noticed the real time web protection has turned off. I tried to turn it on, and it said "starting." A notification appeared five minutes later saying malwarebytes could not contact the license server. I turned off any firewalls - no effect. I wihtelisted all services and apps in malwarebytes folder. No effect. I uninstalled and reinstalled. No effect. Tried in safe mode - no effect. Ran malwarebytes cleanup app from your site - when I reinstalled it would no longer let me register my license (which is valid and came up with two green ticks), and multiple messages for the license server came up. App crashed when trying to input license details. So here are the files your support threat requested: (please delete this thread since there's probably a stupid amount of personal data contained in these logs...)
  5. I ran the 14 days consumer trial on our virtual Multipoint 2016 server and I noticed some performance degradation when multiple users were logged in and multiple instances of malwarebytes were running. The processor and the memory were doing fine but I think the I/O speed with the virtual disk was severely degraded. For instance some process needed to launch another process and without malwarebytes this might take 30 seconds but when malwarebytes was installed it took 2 minutes instead, therefore 4 times longer. My questions are: - is any way to alleviate this behavior with consumer license (premium)? - would malwarebytes endpoint protection/security be in any way different such as running maybe a single instance or have better I/O performance? - can I get a new trial with the business version if I had installed (and removed now) the consumer version?
  6. I currently own Malwarebytes Premium for my Windows 10 machine, along side with BitDefender 2018 AntiVirus. I own an HP G8 Server with Windows 2012 R2 installed. For this server, I would like Malwarebytes to be my Anti-malware/virus solution. The server is primarily used to host a few websites (Apache / MySQL), a public TCP gaming service, and a TeamSpeak server. What, for this single server, Malwarebytes product would you recommend?
