  1. I am having the same problem since 2 days now. SDK Scanning error: 20025. Says it can't load the anti-rootkit upon boot, and would I like to run the scan without it. This is a brand new purchase of MBAM on this system 2 days ago. I've always had the free version until now. I uninstalled MBAM using the mbam-clean.exe tool, then reinstalled MBAM - no difference. On every reboot, when I go into the administrator account, it happens. I have 3 other non-admin accounts on the machine, if that makes any difference. W10Home v1511 (10586.494) i7, 8GB RAM, integrated graphics, Avast, CryptoPrevent
  2. HI, Having this error for the first time. Turned on my machine and viola the issue appears. It was working fine this morning. http://screencast.com/t/NCBlYyAz9V It ask to scan if anti root kit is disabled.
  3. Hello, My computer was infected with Trovi spyware. I have attempted to manually clean the virus multiple times without luck. When trying to run MBAM the scan fails after 3 seconds with the error, "SDKDatabaseLoadDefaults failed with code: 2". I am running windows 7 NT. My research on the topic leads me to believe the spyware is blocking MBAM from running correctly. I have attempted the following with no luck. 1. Remove all AV software 2. Run MBAM in safemode 3. MBAM clean removal tool and reinstall 4. Chameleon mode (test 1 did find a malicious program but the scan still would not run) 5.
  4. When trying to run a MalwareBytes Anti-Malware scan on a Remote Desktop I am met with the following error: "SDKDatabaseLoadDefaults failed with code: 2" Tried restarting MalwareBytes, no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks.
