I've been advised by a Moderator and a trusted advisor to open this help topic here. Premium version is neither scanning nor updating in a Win7-32bit computer Previously followed the Moderator's instructions including the use of the clean tool but unfortunately the program still shuts down and I am not able to reinstall the Premium version.(please see image below) Adding now the FRST.txt document as requested. When trying to run a MalwareBytes Anti-Malware scan on a Remote Desktop I am met with the following error: "SDKDatabaseLoadDefaults failed with code: 2" Tried restarting MalwareBytes, no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks.
