  1. Office 2016, Malwarebytes Premium 3.1.2, Windows 10, no beta crap and everything up to date After losing quite a bit of work several times (it was a big problem), and then defaulting to Wordpad until I find my Corel Disc, I finally figured out what was going on. Then, I come here to see the thread detailing the issue has been closed because a couple of people stopped having issues. Well, the fix didn't work. With protection for Word and Excel disabled, I was able to "save" and "save as" a few times with little issue; but that's not good enough. Further investigation should be perf

  3. My computer was infected with something malicious last week . I cannot open any of my Microsoft Word files . This means I've potentially lost everything! Any help from anybody out there would be most welcome! Many thanks
  4. Hello So I just had a full scan with mbam and came up with a list of objects subject for removal (see jpeg file below, sorry for inconvenience). What of these must I remove? What of these are harmful? Can I save this list so that when I try to remove something from this list later, I will not have to run a scan again? New to mbam, need some guidance
  5. I run a Malwarebyte's full scan twice a week (I've had some bad experiences with trojans, and am therefore quite paranoid). Every time I run a scan, I'm usually doing my schoolwork while the scan runs in the background. However, whenever I try to save my project in Microsoft Word 2007, the program stalls completely for around 45 seconds. I update my scanner regularly, but this has become a serious problem, and I may consider switching to a different scanner if no fix is available (even though Malwarebytes is the best free scanner I've seen so far). Please help!
