  1. I'm not sure who to sent this to, so I hope whoever reads this will forward it to the proper person/department. I have tried several times to get someone to respond to me regarding transferring my current Malwarebytes to my new computers. Do I have to buy a new plan to cover my new computers or can I transfer the one I already have to my new computers. I just recently renewed my subscription on my 2 computers ($50). Would someone please get back to me as soon as possible and help me with this. I'd really like to use my new computers, but am concerned about getting a virus on them. PLEASE
  2. I've been calling for two days and leaving messages. Is anyone home? Seems like bad practice not to answer sales calls.
  3. I've been trying for three days to download, test, possibly become a reseller, and test EndPoint Security without a callback. Extremely frustrating! Has anyone else had this kind of hassle. I'm not bit##ing, I just don't understand the hassle when someone wants to purchase a product and sales will not call back. I live in Austin Texas, close to becoming (if not already) the next silicon valley / tech capital and I can't get someone in sales to contact me. I've also run a IT business for 15 years. PLEASE HELP :-) Thank you.
  4. Hi guys, Want to say that I love your product, since rolling it out to our client base (the MSP edition) we have gone from 10+ virus calls a month to now one every few months. You have such a great product, which makes this problem even more frustrating. I have been an MSP customer for over a year now. The first issue is that your MSP edition is not truly an MSP edition. MSP software is single license key, paid on a monthly subscription, grow as you go type of setup. Instead I am forced to pay up front a full years worth of licenses and as I grow I have to purchase new seperate keys. I
