  2. Hello I am having trouble installing MB3. I had the same trouble uninstalled a previous MB3 version too but I uninstalled with the Malwarebytes Clean Uninstall Tool. I thought I could just reinstall the software but even after that I still can't. Attached are the logs from MB Check. Thank you very much! mb-check-results.zip
  3. Hi We cannot view any reports from the management console, we get the error: Server Error in '/active' Application. See the attached screen shot The same error happens when going to the web page to download the management console onto a workstation. This was working previously and there were not changes to IIS made on the managementserver, that we are aware of. It has since been rebooted, and also had IIS restarted. But the problem still exists, Any help out there would be great
  4. Hello... I'm a premium user here and need some help. First off, I have NO SIGNS of infection whatsoever (I guess we'll see ). My computer runs wonderfully.. My ONLY problem is that I am unable to upgrade (and now I cannot even install) MBAM 3.x. I had been running version 3 already and started having a problem only after I was prompted to install your most recent update. The setup launched and as soon as I clicked "OK" to the default of ENGLISH I get this error (attached). I was persistent to get your latest version installed so I started troubleshooting.   5. When installing MalwareBytes 3.0 I receive the following error: "Runtime Error (at 14:76): Could not call proc." I have even used the mb-clean-2.4.1.1015 program and done a fresh install of the newest MBAM3 software mb3-setup-consumer-3.0.6.1469-10103.exe and installed as admin but nothing I try seems to work!   6. i was trying to install Malwarebytes and received the following error: Runtime Error (at 110:137). Could not start proc. What do I do?

Setup failed with "Internal Error: Expression error 'Runtime Error (at 112:109): Could not call proc."​ I actually can't install any third-party programs really and none of my browsers (Chrome/Firefox) can access internet except for Microsoft Edge. Also programs that use the internet (Spotify, Skype, etc.) don't even start up anymore. I've attached my logs from FRST. FRST.txt Addition.txt

  9. I can't install malwarebytes due to the above error. Dnsapl.dll is missing rendering IPv6 unable to connect. Is this required for installation? Have a nasty virus on my Sony viao laptop. Any assistance installing malwarebytes of any kind would be greatly appreciated. I feel like I'm screwed without help at this point.
