  1. Hi all, I've been in quite the pickle. Yesterday morning I got a mcAfee notification pop up that said "we've scanned your download and it's safe!" or similar, and this was "rundll32.exe" now, I know this is a system file and I had not downloaded anything while this occured, I wish I had taken a screenshot. To be safe I did a lot of different processes. First, I did a scannow on system32, all clear, nothing unusual there, I did a Mcafee full scan and it detected nothing, and Malwarebytes did not either. When I tried Windows Safety Scanner, this baffled me- it found 5 infected files on my e

  3. Hi, Everytime I log on to my computer, Malwarebytes gives me a notification that website blocked due to adware. It shows some domain as mansactechnology.com . And the outbound connection is started by therundll32.exe file in sysWOW folder in windows. I tried deleting it but it says I need permission from trusted installer to perform it. How am I supposed to deal with this? If I try ending its process from task manager, the notification about the file trying to connect to that domain pops up again. It only shows that notification twice and that's it. How do I proceed to deal with th

  5. Hello Malwarebytes Since yesterday, I have been experiencing a lot of blocked connections on Rundll32.exe. I run ESET Endpoint Security and with certain breaks it attmpts to access domains that a considered malicious. Today I recieved a Postmaster mail telling me one of my mails was blocked because of malware. So something is definately wrong. It started after I tried to install a Nokia Unlock Tool, in the attempt to help a colleague unlock his Nokia 6230i. As I have seen other places, everything starts with Farbar Security Scan Tool. I have attached my FRST.txt a
  6. Hello. This is what my malwarebytes picks up. I didn't pay too much attention to it until my Steam account got hijacked, and lost all my in-game items. I used FRST to get you the details, and the mbytes history also. Hope you guys can help me get rid of this. Addition.txt FRST.txt mbytes.txt

  9. So i'm 14, sure i have alot of crap on my computer, but i use my 2008 HP Elitebook 6930p to game, and normally dont have a problem! But whenever I open a game (Counter-Strike, CoD4, Path of Exile, Ect) A process named rundll32.exe (Located in C:\Windows\SysWOW64) Opens. I have patched my computer so therefor i have more "access" to it, therefor i can even change my theme to a custom theme, but i never had this problem. I also installed COMODO and Deleted Mcafee, thats when this problem started. Before all of this, i had a problem that would open PING.EXE and start causing ping issues, especial
  10. Hello, recently i've noticed that as time goes by rundll32.exe starts to gradually taking up a lot of my memory, it even took up 800k of my memory at one point. Usually just restarting fixes the problem but it starts to gradually get larger again. I also noticed that their were 2 of rundll32.exe in my task manager, one stays low while the other takes a lot of my memory. I've scanned with malwarebytes and avast yet nothing comes up as a virus or malware. I've looked around and havn't found a solution, if anyone could help it'd be greatly appreciated.

Also there is four rundll32.exe open in processes, one of them which isn't a windows host process. Lastly it says I have 63 processes.... when I have around 20.. What is going on? My laptop has been sluggish for the last day or two, I rebooted in safe mode.. downloaded malware bytes and it detected one thing which was RiskWare.Tool.HCK apparently a
