  1. That off/on fix doesn't work for me. I get this issue whenever there's a version update to Malwarebytes. Any other suggestions on a fix?
  2. I used to right click my mouse curser over documents to reveal a "drop down" menu of actions I could take (Open, Preview, 7-Zip, etc). One of these was Malwarebytes, until today. I used to scan everything with Malwarebytes before I'd open it to make sure it was safe. Today, the Malwarebytes Scan option was gone and I'm afraid to open anything. I don't think I caused this error, but how can I get it back? I have Windows 8.1 Pro running on an HP laptop. Thank you for any help.

There were a lot of ones that had the word HKEY and root in them followed by a lot of numbers in {} brackets. Now, everytime I right click on the desktop, or an icon on the desktop, windows explorer crashes and restarts, again and again. My bitdefender somehow started showing problems and at this time I was unaware I screwed up by deleting the files, so I reinstalled. THe reinstall didn't take and now I'm unable to install
  5. After finishing a scan, the results page displays, however the newer GUI version (v2.0.3.1025) does not allow the right click menu to open for multiple selections. I must either use "quarantine all" or individually change their options. Being that there is usually a mix of both unwanted and wanted programs on my computer. I have to change them all manually, and sometimes there is a lot of them. How do I change multiple detected objects at once? If not, how do I go back to the older GUI? Also, there is an option to "view details," once click, the new window displays all zeros, for values, and n
