  1. A few days ago I restarted my computer before a long time without re-starting it (like 1 week with the pc on) and I noticed that "Explorer.exe" was requesting to initialize, but the real explorer.exe task was already running... I said no but then I checked the directory of the file and the system said that the file was on %windir%/resources/themes, well going into folder to check if the file exists I noticed that theres nothing more than aero themes in this folder. So did a scan in the folder using malwarebytes and it recognized svchost.exe malware and explorer.exe, before adding they do quare
  2. So, repeated scans with Malwarebyte always return adware.ghokswa. Chrome browser indicates its out of date and will not update. Following the trails, Registry entries for Ghokswa, many. So heeding the warnings not to follow instructions in other threads posting here for assistance. Standing by for instructions to proceed. Best Regards NLS100
  3. I have been using the free version of malwarebytes to remove viruses on my computer, but every time i restart or wait for a while they eventually come back. It just slows down my internet and opens up tabs on chrome that can't be closed.
