  1. Okay so i'm having the black screen /w cursor and don't bother suggesting me any solutions as i've probably done them all. I've been working on this for 5 days and I just want to give up and reformat/wipe the pc. So first things first, this pc has a lot of important work data and i'm not really an expert into handling them during format. So how do I backup them all? Should I use my flash drive(14 gb) to store them all one by one? Because the important data can reach up to 100gb and my flash drive can only carry 14. Should I backup 14gb at a time then store them in google drive on another pc th

  3. Dear Staff, I am aware of an issue. Basically, I reinstalled my windows too much often, I didn't know that I need to deactivate my license. So, Malwarebytes blocked my license. I would be thankful if you would reset my license key. P.S. I am kind of a perfectionist, it all started because of broken icons appearing in the start menu. Best regards, Reply soon Image:

  6. MBARW was disabled on system start again, Buttons were not functioning. When restarting, I received a flash notification from Windows 10 about apps. I could not take a snapshot as it did not display long enough. There were 2 of them. Windows reset my desktop, login picture, all my preferences. I restored my system. MBAM Premium did not start, nor did Norton 360. Webroot is fine. I did save the logs before and after I restored. Created a new restore point and will now restart. I will update later. Attaching logs MBAMSERVICE-afterRestore.zip logs.zip Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware.
  7. An intruder gained access to my PC through remote desktop, disabled malwarebytes, then password protected malwarebytes so that I cannot re-enable the program now. I have since closed the ports on my firewall, turned off rdp, reset my password, run over 10 complete virus scans using several different scanning engines. I have removed the user profiles that he created and deleted the user account folders that he created. I have uninstalled malwarebytes and removed all registry keys and folders relating to malwarebytes. After re-installing malwarebytes, I cannot access any functionality in the p
