  2. Under the tab Scans, Reports there are three icon choices <view>, <download>, and <trash>. When hovering over the icons it does not tell you what the icons does. It may be obvious, but displaying what the icon does will also indicate the icon is active. As is, the icon is grey-ed out indicating it is inactive. But it is active although grey-ed out. The icon need to be black to indicate it is active.
  3. Hi, I am using Malwarebytes Premium for Mac. On my most recent scan a item was detected and Quarantined. As this is the first time ever such a thing has happened I simply deleted the detected item. I realise now I could have safely left the item Quarantined. And as further updates happen it would be rescanned and maybe found to be a false positive. In any event I would like to read the Report and note the object which was found, quarantined, deleted. I need to get a list of "Website Blocked" domains and all I can find is a very tedious 4-click pattern to simply see individual reports -- let alone export and mine all the websites from individual files. How can I get a full list of websites blocked? 4 clicks is not useful, and to add the "EXPORT", choose "TXT", type in a file name (3 chars) for each and every block (that's 10 clicks) is useless for information gathering. Especially if you have many reports listed. Thanks

On the dashboard, MBAM says it had 4 scan time detections and 2404 real-time detections but I can't find any evidence that MBAM actually did anything, except for 1 time in October it says it blocked a ransomware attack and the rest of the reports say it detected nothing, except blocked websites. How can I see what the 4 scan detections and 2404 real-time detections were? At least in Norton you can see what the actual threats were. Before I re-up my premium protection l want to see what it actually did and the report section isn't helpful at all - I'd need to open each and every report and
  9. Been having a lot of problems with MWB crashing Google Chrome every time it finishes scanning. It's happening on more than one computer, so it's not just a localized issue. How can I stop this?

After a regular scheduled hyper scan, I get a notification saying: Clicking on View Scan Results seems to show only the results of the last scan, which is not necessarily the scan that found the 'potential threat. When I look at the reports, I see a long list of previous reports, but I cannot identify which report the notification referred to. I could go through them all individually, but I run a hyper scan once every hour and they build up overnight. Is there any way I can go directly to the correct report?   11. I wish to use a third party app, like CCleaner for example, to delete the logs/reports that show up in the "Reports" tab. I don't want to have to go into Malwarebytes and do this manually. I also don't see an option to NOT keep reports (although it may be there somewhere). I see the logs/reports are located here... C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService\logs Is it OK if I just delete everything in that folder? Thanks

So there has been this outbound connection that has been blocked by Malwarebytes, I have been opening only youtube, yahoo, facebook and no other sites, but Malwarebytes has been blocking this 4 times at 12.00 pm WIB today. Can anyone please explain me what's this and is it harmful to my pc if I turn off Malwarebytes?   13. I scan every day, and after every scan under Protection History I see:: scan detections 1 real time detections 27,but nothing about these is mentioned in scan report

On my Malwarebytes (Premium) Program version 3.0.6.1469 Dashboard, it says Real-Time detections: 9, but in Reports, I see 3 Website blocked notices, while the rest are Scan Reports with no malware nor PUPs nor PUMs listed in any of them. (I clicked on every report one by one, and found no incidents of malware being found, other than the blocked websites.) Why the discrepancy between 9 and 3? I am running Windows 7 Service Pack 1 on a 64-bit machine.
  15. Why was the Report format changed in version 3.0? I found the one in 2.xx far more useful and informative. I liked the idea that I could easily process and collect data in Excel using XML, the report format used in 2.xx. Please consider having the earlier report format at least as an option. Thank you.
  16. It looks like Malwarebytes 3 uses .json files for the scan and threat reports. Where are these .json files located on the hard drive? Thanks
  17. I receive this error when attempting to run any type of report for any time period. I did find a previous post, however I have confirmed that the enhanced security for IE is disabled. Is there anything else that could prevent the management console for accessing the report information?
  18. In the Malwarebytes Management Console, in the Report section, why are we seeing "Unable to access the report information"?
  19. I just began rolling out MB Enterprise Edition in our organization a day ago. My only issue is that none of the reports are populating. For each report, I only get the message: Unable to access the report information. I've attached screenshots of my Home screen and the Reports screen.
