  1. I am a brand new user and we purchased the Malwarebytes Endpoint Security 1.7.7.00.00. We only wanted the Anti-Malware. I installed the software on a server and proceeded to go through the motions of scanning clients. We have 16 facilities across our state, so I wanted to be able to push the client out to the many computers. Initially at my home site, I installed the free version. When I tried to push the client out to the local site, it did not work. I was told that I had to uninstall the free consumer version and then push out the client. Hi , I am a private user and just recently upgraded my free Malwarebytes to a premium one, but just in a few days after paying for the premium services i am seeing that my Malware Protection got off, and when I try to turn it on, it says "Starting ......" but it actually never turns on . Please see screenshot attached. I would want to have it fixed. Please help, would appreciate. Thanks
  3. For some reason I can't get the protection mode in MBAM to stay on. It will come on when I start Windows but in a few minutes, the maliciuos webpage blocker is unchecked and can't be rechecked. I know that I had to go in and make cetain exceptions when I was running Avast AV. Could there be a compatability issue with ESET Nod32 AV 4.2 ? My OS is Win xp pro SP3 , I'm using MBAM Pro 1.7 What could be causing this? Thanks in advance (PB)
