  1. I just upgraded my free Malwarebytes to Premiun on-line for $24.95 through cleverbridge, Inc. However, it now says "Pro" on the new page and the format for scanning is exactly the same as the old except for the "Pro". The format that is on the Malwarebytes web site for "Premium" is totally different than what I have. I don't know if I am fully protected and I had some viruses so I want to make sure I have the correct version. Malware support is too busy and referred me to this forum. Can anyone help me ASAP?? Thanks for your response.
  2. On my Windows 7 OS tried the protocal listed on the website without success.... purchased the Malware Pro version; ran the program, deleted 31 more files, went through the steps of resetting and deleting personal info on browser pref. page, removing the Tuvaro http in the shortcuts but still had the #*#! hijacker Tuvaro show up on Google Chrome. During the first run through, I ran the Adware cleaner, Junk Remover and Hitman anti-virus software recommended on your website and removed quite a lot of files, etc. I'm at a loss as to what to try next. 3. While I greatly appreciate reminers, is there any way to disable the pop-up screen that asks me to purchase or decline the Pro version of Malwarebytes? Your product is great, but I cannot afford to purchase it at this time, and I would like to not have to keep clicking "decline" every time I open the program. Ideally, the purpose is to use it at least once per week, but that pop-up screen is really getting to me. I would be extemely grateful if someone could advise me how to disable this or revert to an older version that did not utilize the nag screen perhaps. Thank you very much, and kud
  4. Hello. Just this weekend I used the rootkit removal tool on "zeroaccess" and helped nearly 100%, enough that I may get the pro to have it running all the time. How can I have this program product an additional drive on the same pc, being it used for storage? I put large files onto this drive and I need it protected. Thx for any info, DM
