Hi, I would like to take advantage of the Black Friday Sale buying renewals but I couldn't click on the Buy button. https://www.malwarebytes.com/pricing The offended links are for the Personal -> Premium button that cannot be clicked. Wonder why is that? Attached are the screenshots of it. Thank you Henry
  2. I see in forums that Premium version is not possible to install on windows Servers... At least version 3.2 and up ... My question is : Premium for teams is in Bussiness section and the only one unmanaged version. Can i install it on Win Server 2008 R2 and Win Server 2016 ? If not, why is in Bussiness section? Just because of priority support ? What version should i buy, so i can install it on mentioned servers, but unmanagable.. ?
  3. I am checking out the pricing for Malwarebytes, and I see Malwarebytes Premium--"For Home" or "For Teams". Is the only difference between these 2 the priority support? Is that worth the $4 extra per device per year (with 10 devices)? Other than the fact that you can't buy more than 10 at once with "For Home"? Thanks in advance for any clarification.
  4. I have 3 computers that I would like to have protected but I don't want to pay full price for each of the three computers because I am not on but one at a time. I hate calling in because I have trouble hearing and they always try to sell you something else. I would like to know -- can you use the license on more than one computer? I could not find the answer on the page that uses Cleverridge (oh how i despise working with them) so I am wondering if anyone here knows.
  5. My subscription is up for renewal for one of my screens. The price for Premium on the Malwarebytes site is $59.99/year!! The quote from the email you sent me, "Premium order, Reference # XXXXXXXXX, is set to automatically renew itself on September 20, 2017, for $69.90 (!!!) Please know that as long as you keep your subscription active and payment up-to-date, you are locking in the lowest possible price for being our loyal customer. " (!!!) I have messaged cleverbridge Customer Support and also I have provided, "If you have both an Anti-Malware and an Anti-Exploit subscription, we will upgrade you to a single subscription to Malwarebytes 3.0, reduce your subscription price and add more licenses to your subscription." - Posted: December 8, 2016 by Marcin Kleczynski Last updated: March 20, 2017https://blog.malwarebytes.com/malwarebytes-news/2016/12/announcing-malwarebytes-3-0-a-next-generation-antivirus-replacement/ The response i have received is an email stating, "According to our records your Malwarebytes subscription is set to renew on 9/20/2017 in the amount of AU$ 69.90. If you wish to update or change the payment method please use the link.....". Useless acknowledgement. I have emailed back to confirm that I would have to manually cancel and then purchase again for the cheaper price of $59.99?!? (let alone with no reduction or added licenses) That is pretty bad and dishonest!!! I would like some appropriate support and confirmation. I also believe that this post is important for all users with automatic renewal subscriptions.
  6. I was considering to download "Malwarebytes Secure Backup" beta version but came to a screeching halt when I couldn't find the anticipated pricing. Why the omission of pricing? http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/securebackup/#details I don't think I will be downloading this product until I have enough info to determine cost/benefit or value to me! BTW, I've been using "Malwarebytes Anti-Malware" for several years and find it a great product! Thank you.
