  1. The ban on using MB Premium on a Server OS is hidden in the T&Cs. If it isn't allowed and is likely to malfunction then wouldn't it be better if the installer at least gives a warning and, better still, refuses to install?

  3. Help. I've spent several hours trying to figure this out. I had (more on this in a bit) Malwarebytes Premium installed. It notified me that there was a new version through a window that popped up. I accepted the install... then nothing happened. So I opened the app and there was an orange button saying there was an update. I clicked it. I accepted or whetever... then nothing happened. Malwarebytes would keep running. Hello, I just had an issue with Malwarebytes and had to uninstall it and download it again, now it's all good but I've noticed that during the scans it analyzes always the same number of elements when before I uninstall it it analyzed always different number of elements (sometimes 8000 or sometimes 6000) but now it is always 6654, is that any normal?

Hello, So I just bought malwarebytes premium recently and I think it may have taken over my admin rights (I've always been the admin and now I am told I dont have access) and be slowing down my computer. After updating to version 3.7.1 my Premium License has deactivated, informing me I have reached the maximum number of activation's.   10. So I had to reformat my laptop (again) due to the MBR being corrupted and Windows 10 not launching. After reinstalling Windows and MBAM, I went to find my license (which was newly repurchased just last month for the new year) in my email and attempt to reactivate. I was notified of the following: Selecting the only useful option takes me to the webpage where I can view all my previous licenses on the account.   11. Hello, This afternoon, I updated Malwarebytes on my Kindle Fire 7" (2012) to the newest version. I only had the free version on my Fire, but it gave me a 14-day free trial of the paid version when I updated. I have MBAM Premium on my PC and laptop, and wanted to activate my Fire as my third device. However, when I enter my license key on my Fire, it's not accepted. Is there something I'm missing?

Hi.. i purchased a one year license on october 2018, i formatted my PC and trying to re-use my old code/id but it says i need to deactivate my malwarebytes service on another device and when i click deactivate it asks me to log in, i've never made an acconut when i used this license so i don't know what to do..i've contacted support and i haven't received an email from them in a few days, any help please?
  13. Hi, I just started on old pc with vista on which I had MBW premium installed, now version 3.5.1. Wheras usually when I start the pc MWB automatically starts updating today the icon warning remains : Updates: out of date When I click on Check for updates the icon turns for 2 seconds, and that's it. Now having the pc run for an hour, the updating which always started automatically, did not start. Any ideas ? TIA
  14. I created an account just to register my discontent, and then I'll be gone from the forum and from Malwarebytes. Windows 7 Pro on a Dell Vostro. Had Malwarebytes installed for the occasional scan because even careful users like me sometimes get the odd spyware because of unscrupulous vendors including unwanted stuff I didn't ask for.   16. Hey there, I am unable to remove some infection that causes popups within my mozilla browser. Malewarebytes Premium on my PC blocks these sites however when I run a scan It can't seem to detect the infection.   17. So malware bytes premium will not start up properly when I start my computer. I can only get it working if I end the processes and start it again. Obviously this is strange and not a good or effective way to have malwarebytes run. I have even tried a fresh install of windows from recovery mode. It makes me worried I’m infected, but who knows.   18. Hi, I have MWB Premium (Windows) but nowhere does it say whether it's the For You version or For Home. How can I check please? For You only allows one device, For Home allows up to 3. I don't want to try installing on a second device in case it's the For You version and it disables it or something. Thks, JFG
  19. I have 3 computers at home. I have MalwareBytes Premium on all. When I tried to download the "update" (included new program) it deleted my MalwareBytes on all three including the dashboard and my account, and I was forced to download the 14 day trial of premium. After two days of searching I finally found the key so that I'm registered again. Once that was done, I tried to open my password manager and my LastPass account was no longer accepting my user name and password. After another hour or so I was able to open LastPass and found that it was suddenly EMPTY. I don't have that backed up
  20. Hey, I'm sad to say that I'm at a total loss when it comes to computers, and I'm a 90's kid. Ugh. Also, I apologize if I'm posting this in the wrong forum.   21. I see in forums that Premium version is not possible to install on windows Servers... At least version 3.2 and up ... My question is : Premium for teams is in Bussiness section and the only one unmanaged version. Can i install it on Win Server 2008 R2 and Win Server 2016 ? If not, why is in Bussiness section?   22. Has anyone got a fix for the web protection not coming. I have sent email after email to support and have never got a response. I would like to know why I am paying for a premium account when I am not able to use the web protection.   23. Hello, Windows 10 x64 version 1709 (10.0.16299.309) running Malwarebytes Premium 3.4.4.2398. In the last few days, Windows updates did update to the latest build and I have also upgraded and uninstalled/reinstalled Microsoft Office. Additionally, Malwarebytes upgraded to 3.4.4 on the 15th. Hello, i've had issues with a trojan reappearing in client32.exe, quarantine doesnt help and it reappears the next time i restart. i've since upgraded to premium to actively block it and other such things, but rescanning after a restart shows it reappearing. i also believe that when i quarantine it , my computer hangs in the restart screen with the circling dots(mouse cant move). i have bitdefender installed also, and it doesnt detect the trojan. i get no pop ups or intrusive virus pop ups or anything noticeable(anything it does in the background i am not aware).
