  1. Very annoying, I was working on PPT and it suddenly shut down saying MWB has detected a generic ransomware and now it won't load properly unless I disable the ransomware protection, log file attached. log.txt
  2. Windows 10 64 bit system I have MS Office 365 (standard). PowerPoint 2016 stopped loading about 1 week ago. Went through the Office repair protocol. Still would not load. Temporarily stopped MWB Anti Exploit. PowerPoint started without issue. Closed PowerPoint. Set Anti-Exploit to run again. Tried opening Power Point - would not load. Excel and Word still load. I have done this 3 times with no variation in results. Why are Anti Exploit and PowerPoint no longer getting along? Thanks.
  3. We have got Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit for business version 1.08.2.1189 running on our computers. I work in IT Support team and one of our staff members is experiencing issues with it. MBAE is preventing MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint to open regardless of the fact if the document is a newly created document or an attachment in the email. When I open any document (word, excel or ppt) it closes within a few seconds with the attached message. I have done a security scan to check if there's any unwanted file or program but It all came clean. After checking the logs, I could see a lot of thing
  4. Problem arising today for the first time. Running Windows 10 Pro (delayed MS updates choice) and MS Office 365 Prop Plus. Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit won't let Powerpoint open - it comes up with the attached message. Been running both programs for months on this OS; never a problem. Can anyone help? Kind regards David
  5. Hi. I develop add-ins for Microsoft PowerPoint. A customer has just informed me that MBAM flags my software as malware. The specific software is available for inspection at: http://www.rdpslides.com/ftp/pptools/RESIZE.EXE and http://www.rdpslides.com/ftp/pptools/LANGUAGESELECTOR.EXE Both programs are add-ins for Microsoft PowerPoint. Since this is happening at the customer's site, I'm unable to create a log as requested.
