  1. My Malwarebytes software renewed a few days ago. Since then my Outlook express has not been able to retrieve emails from my server. Outgoing emails are working but incoming are not. My web guy has no answers. Could this problem be related to the update?
  2. For the past 2 weeks I have been getting malware pop-up warnings in Outlook.. I have a Windows 10 Professional PC with Outlook 2013. Emails that include links in the message back to the Internet (Washington Post newsletters for example) cause a warning to come up repeatedly at the bottom right corner of my screen. If I keep closing the warning it will stop after about 11 times. If I go on to another email the problem repeats. I get this using Firefox, Chrome and Edge browsers. I tried updating Malware-bytes; it helped a couple of days but no longer. I searched your forum and cannot
  3. Every 24 to 48 hours I will not be able to connect to the Exchange Server hosted by Microsoft Office 365. Within seconds of exiting Malwarebytes it connects. Everything else I have tried it stays disconnected such as restarting Outlook, restarting my computer, etc. Once connected I can restart Malwarebytes and it will work again for 24 to 48 hours. When I lose my connection I can connect fine through everything else such as my phone, tablet, and web connect on the same PC. So I am very confident it is Malwarebytes causing the issue, as it always connects again the second I exit Malware
  4. Hello, I need your help. For a few days I am no longer able to access Outlook 2013. Even in safe mode. I can not make Windows update. I did a scan with Malwarebytes and Avast antivirus. Nothing detected. But I think I may have some things on my computer. Does someone have a solution?
