  1. Hi, I had been having awful trouble for a while with webpages not loading "resolving host" issues, in multiple browsers. I thought it was chrome so I changed to the new Edge chromium After searching for answers I came across a number of people having the same problem and the cause seemed to be Malware bytes and mainly real-time protection. I turned real time protection off, and have now run for two weeks with a 99% improvement, I wondered if you could check for me. Last week I collected the log reports to upload here (attached) I think I also had trouble when running the free version though, Im not sure I wondered if you could confirm this and what to do about it, I paid for a premium subscription on 3rd april 2020 but was running free version before Many thanks for any help mbst-grab-results.zip
  2. Hi, I am using Anti-Malware Premium in 2 computers with windows10. The program in the 32bit computer loads ok at start up, while on the 64bit laptop has to be manually started even though I have set all the settings as described by Maurice. I have put a short cut on the desktop for convenience while most times I simply put the laptop to sleep which maintains the program running. Regards
  3. I have just ungraded to Windows 10 and Anti-Malware Premium is failing to load automatically on start-up. I have followed all the steps listed elsewhere in this forum - removing completely and reinstalling (3 times). I'm also running MBAM on a windows 7 laptop and the notiable differences are on the Windows 10 PC I cannot find the anti-exploit folder in the program files and neither MBAM or the Anti-exploit appear in the start-up system config screen and under the start up services tab the scheduler and service options are stopped.
  4. Hello, My boyfriend recently got a virus on his computer. I wish I could remember the name of it, but I don't. Anywho, he came running to me because I'm a programmer, and people often mistake programmers as people who can fix computers. I was able to remove the virus, but now Internet Explorer is having some trouble. When I open Explorer I get a blank screen and a spinning wheel forever. I am unable to close the program or access the tools. I read though this post: ( http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=33273 ) which suggested that I access Explorer's LAN settings and uncheck Proxy if it is checked. However, I'm not sure how to do this without opening Internet Explorer. Here's the catch. My boyfriend's first language is not English so when I right click on Explorer all of my options are in Japanese. If possible (sorry for the extra request) please screen shot how I can access my LAN settings, or at least be a bit more specific as to where each button is located. Thanks a bunch for reading this, and sorry for the extra trouble!
