  1. Microsoft has officially announced the latest Version 20H2 of Windows 10. The 20 represents the decade portion of 2020. The H2 signifies the 2nd release of the year ( or the Fall season update). This version is entirely optional as long as your Windows version is not out of its end-of-service date. Also note that organization & Enterprise & Education & iOT licenses have a different set of EOS dates from consumer ( Home or Pro ) licenses. Please read https://blogs.windows.com/windowsexperience/2020/10/20/how-to-get-the-windows-10-october-2020-update/ If you are running Version 1903 or later you will only see the "Download and install" displayed when you manually visit Microsoft Windows Update. So note that that means a pro-active action by the end-user-customer & implies affirmative acceptance and demand for install. Microsoft says Also see the update Microsoft Windows 10 Release notes https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/release-information/ https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/release-information/status-windows-10-20h2 If you have questions, please post & ask away.
