  1. Hi Everyone, so I just subscribed to Malwarebytes for 1 year and installed it. Everything works perfectly. The problem is: I entered the wrong E-Mail adress. Now hear me out for a bit. My Mail Provider is Yahoo. So when I subscribed I entered the following: "name@yahoo.de". And that's where I screwed up because there only exist "name@yahoo.com" now. Yahoo doesn't support "de" anymore. When I try to login to my Mailbox with "name@yahoo.de" it still works but if someone is trying to send me an E-Mail with this adress, this Mail will never actually reach my Mailbox. And now I can't set up my Account for the Malwarebytes Product. The Mails Malwarebytes sent to me to set up my Account never reached my mailbox. Without my Account I literally can't change anything. There's also this auto-renewal option which renews my license after a year automatically. That means I have to pay yearly for this with my bank account and I can't even cancel it or unsubscribe. I actually created a new account with my correct adress in the hopea I can fix this issue. So basically "name@yahoo.com". It's the exact same adress but now with "com" at the end. Unfortunately it didn't work. I now have this account I have access to but it's not subscribed to anything. I already created a ticket to the customer support but I still felt like I had to post this in the forum and bring up a bit attention to this particular issue. I hope the problem can be somehow solved because if not, I'd have a yearly fee of 40€ which I can't cancel anymore. At last, thanks for reading all of this. I live in Germany so I'm not a native speaker. I hope you could understand everything I wrote. If not, I apologize for my English.
  2. Hello there. I seem to have lost my account (My account) on your web site. I created a new account and can log in, but it doesn't have any subscriptions. How do I add my Anti-Malware Premium to the account ? I have the Id and license key and Malwarebytes is working properly on windows 10.
