  1. Hi Everyone, so I just subscribed to Malwarebytes for 1 year and installed it. Everything works perfectly. The problem is: I entered the wrong E-Mail adress. Now hear me out for a bit. My Mail Provider is Yahoo. So when I subscribed I entered the following: "name@yahoo.de". And that's where I screwed up because there only exist "name@yahoo.com" now. Yahoo doesn't support "de" anymore. When I try to login to my Mailbox with "name@yahoo.de" it still works but if someone is trying to send me an E-Mail with this adress, this Mail will never actually reach my Mailbox.   2. Hello there. I seem to have lost my account (My account) on your web site. I created a new account and can log in, but it doesn't have any subscriptions. How do I add my Anti-Malware Premium to the account ? I have the Id and license key and Malwarebytes is working properly on windows 10.

  4. I just recently upgraded to the latest version of Malwarebytes 3.0 from 2.x. However, after the upgrade I noticed that the "My Account" tab shows a different License Key than the previous one before the upgrade. I thought the licenses carried over to the newer versions.
  5. I have been frustrated by Home Support not responding to my issue, instead I get an automated response which is of no help. I also have a Business license, but have received good response for that installation. The following comment is about Home Support... The automated responses do not allow replies, so I have to start another ticket.
