  1. My system has been randomly crashing - based on the information returned to me (it varies) - it looks like it stems from the mwac.sys file. I looked at the forum and it had me create a few files - and told me to attach the mb-check-results.zip to my post. Can someone please review the file and let me know what I have to do to repair this problem? Thanks Mike mb-check-results.zip
  2. Hello, I've had this mwac.sys BSOD and I've try to follow the steps you give on the automated reply by creating a log with the support tool but gets stuck on the zip log step. Also MWB seems to be working on my task bar and task manager but I can't open the user interface. What should I do? Thanks San
  3. I have no idea where these instructions came from but i followed and here are zipped results as instructed. I have seen memory errors on shut down but never noted or didn't know what to do with them. Error on shut down has not been consistently there, I don't think.
