Hey there, so my phone has been acting weird (especially play store) have malwarebytes installed running premium trial and nothing is found. But virus total app has found Trojan.Trojan.Dropper.AndroidOS.Hqwar.bb In Google partner setup, any ideas?

Randomly I get an IExplorer pop up that reads "Your need to update your verson of media player". Malwarebytes missed it and so did symantec. it is from online.loginwinner dotcom. Not having any othher issues that I know of. It lets me close it but it still comes up again later. dds and attach text files included in this post dds.txt attach.txt -
hi today i downloaded a file from rapigator(dot)net the file was vue*.rar i used explorer and it download a malware vue*.rar.exe i removed/delete quickly before deleting , i load in virus total and it was flagged by many many av like trojan i don't have the virus total url about the scan of this file but malwarebyte did not detect it did you notice the intent to from this site to download this malware? did u have it? because i would like to upload to malwarebyte and have some info about his actions thanks greetings
