  1. I'm running Malwarebytes premium 3.2.2 on windows 7 x64. So far, so good. Suddenly using context menu in order to check a single file, Malwarebytes window opens, fully blank and the Windows advice "dosn't answer" (sorry if my translation from Italian is not fair). It keeps locked continuosly, I must exit Malwarebytes from notification area, than kill mbam.exe and finally restart Malwarebytes in order to have it running, nevertheless now I miss the option to scan a single file. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
  2. Malwarebytes doesn't give me a context menu when I right-click on folders, files, and drives. The option is enabled under general settings and I've reinstalled malwarebytes. What should I do?
