As a new Malwarebytes customer I am positively thrilled that you managed bring my system to a complete halt by monopolizing disk I/O and consuming all available memory so that my system would freeze. I did manage to kill the process tree and uninstall your software after I saw what was happening. I too saw my real-time web and malware protection getting turned off as well. If you want me back as a customer, do a better job on your updates and testing. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and cost me 2 hours of personal productivity as well the headache of dealing with the other 3 systems because I purchased a 4-license package.
