  2. Hello, We're seeing an issue with our terminal server crashing using Malwarebyte's managed client version 1.4.1.2329 and specifically MBAM version1.75.0.1300 Prior to the whole server freezing up we're seeing the following event: Application Error 1000 Faulting application name: mbamservice.exe, version: 1.70.0.0, time stamp: 0x512fc163 Faulting module name: mbamservice.exe, version: 1.70.0.0, time stamp: 0x512fc163 Exception code: 0x40000015 Fault offset: 0x0006248b Faulting process id: 0x6b4 Faulting application start time: 0x01d000e18a549eec Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbamservice.exe Faulting module path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbamservice.exe Report Id: 0e223f85-6e6a-11e4-b3e2-005056800000 Has anyone seen this issue? Where at the client logs stored for MEE?
  3. Dear Support-Team, I'm trying to Install MEE but during the Installation-Progress getting this Error: (MEE-1.jpg) Attachmend See the attached install.log. If I run the “SqlExpress2008R2\SQLEXPR_x64_ENU.EXE” I get this Error: (MEE-2.jpg) Attachmend I should check the Server Operating-System, but the Server is a MS Server 2008 R2 64-bit. Additional Question: Is it possible to connect the MME with an existing MSSQL-Server instead of installing SQLExpress local? Best Regards Max install.log
  4. Hope this is the right place. So I am researching using Malwarebytes active protection feature for my firm and I am trying to drill into research that I am not finding easily. Here is what I have: Currently my company is using McAfee as anti-virus protection. McAfee also has its trojan, malware protection embedded into it, but its restrictions are out of control and too tight for our needs so it remains disabled. Obviously there is a gap there that we are trying to fill and I am trying to fill it with MEE and ForeFront Endpoint 2012. We are still piloting Endpoint Protection within our department during investigations to the programs capabilities and inabilities to try and make sure, before we give it to hundreds of users that this will be our best solution. So basically what I have tagged onto this trial period for Forefront Endpoint is testing our Malwarebytes anti-malware solutions through MEE. The questions that I have is what is it going to fill the Windows Defender doesn't? What impact will this have on end-users computer experience? Oviously being a corporation we have a constant need for working within Office suit products along with Adobe, CaseLogistix and a slew of other law specific products. I have to drill down and figure out what works well with these while not inhibiting the users experience at the same time, and given those users hate computers already. Tough world, right? So with that being said, anyone got any good suggestions on reading material or stats?
