  1. Hello all, First of all, sorry for my english which is not very good, as I'm french ... :/ I'm new here and I'm using mbam since a long time as a good antimalware program in addition of an antivirus (currently KIS). Since few days, I'm testing the premium version to better protect my system, before buying it. But I discovered a big problème this morning : an repetitive error in the system event ! I look for info about it and found some other threads here on the same subject, but all were very old (about one year and moreover about old versions of mbam). So I decided to create
  2. Background information: I hold a lifetime Malwarebytes Anti-Malware license. I am trying to upgrade to Malwarebytes 3.0.5 from Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. I also have Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit installed in my machine which got uninstalled automatically while upgrading. Problem statement: Since Malwarebytes 3.0 was unable to upgrade & register properly the first time, i tried reinstalling it several times and register it but it did not work. 3. This morning my laptop suddenly rebooted without warning. I checked the Windows event log and there are many, many entries this morning of Mbamchameleon Failed to obtain file name information - C0000034. What causes this error?
  4. Mbamchameleon has been throwing thousands (and I DO mean THOUSANDS) of messages into Windows system log. THis has been going on only since 8/03/14. A sampling of the error messages: Mbamchameleon Failed to obtain file name information - C00000BE Mbamchameleon Failed to obtain file name information - C0000034 Failed to verify the digital signature for \Device\HarddiskVolume3\PROGRAM FILES\AVAST SOFTWARE\AVAST\AVASTEMUPDATE.EXE Failed to verify the digital signature for \??\E:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast\AvastEmUpdate.exe Failed to verify the digital signature for \??\E:\Program File
  5. This Error ID: 67103 in Windows System Event Log... Mbamchameleon Failed to obtain file name information - C0000022 I'm assuming this happens while a drive is being formatted? Or, should I be assuming something else? Thank you.
