  2. Hello. So I've been searching google and the forum but was unable to find answers. My task manager is currently showing Mbamservice.exe at 261,176k, And why is it that there's both mbamservice.exe and mbam.exe? the mbam.exe runs at 42,000k is this normal?
  3. mbam, exe continuously uses 50% of CPU in standard user account, but will fall to 0% when using the admin account. I also have Microsoft Security Essentials running, but it is at 0%. I added exclusions to both programs and uninstalled MalwareBytes in safe mode and reinstalled it after rebooting into regular mode. No joy. I have Win7 SP! 32-bit. Attached are the three files you usually want to diagnose problems. FRST.txt Addition.txt CheckResults.txt
  4. The computer that is infected cannot access the internet. When I try to run mbam.exe I get the system error dialog "the program can't start because DNSAPI.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I tried to uninstall Malwarebytes but get the error, "runtime error (at -1:0): Cannot import dll:C:\Programs...\mbam.dll". I tried to install anyways and received error, "runtime error (97:137): Could not call proc." Please see Addition.txt and FRST.txt files attached. Thank you. Addition.txt FRST.txt
  5. I tried to install anyways and received error, "runtime error (97:137): Could not call proc." Please help.
  6. Whenever i try to start my malwarebytes anti-malware and my gotomeeting software i get these error screens. mbam.exe and g2mui.exe. My computer has been starting slower and slower lately.
  7. Since I upgraded to Windows 10, my computer has been running most of the time at 100% disk usage. System Information Hard Disk Drive: 656 GB free of 905 GB RAM: 8.00 GB Windows 10 Home 64-bit Processor 2.20 GHz (I believe either dual or quad core) I have Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Home (Premium) 2.2.0.1024 Database Version v2015.10.27.06 And up to date Windows Defender I have tried other solutions for 100% disk usage on windows 10 that I have found on other tech forums. Like turning off "superfetch" and "Windows Search". Also I have tried changing setting on google chrome and skype. All of this has helped some but it is still running at 100% usage and when I check the resource monitor it says mbam.exe and MsMpEng.exe are both the highest consuming processes. Also I have scanned my computer with SUPERAntiSpyware free edition and with both of the programs above. I was wondering if anyone could help me try to fix this problem, because I am sure that running most of the time at 100% disk usage cant be good for the computer... Thank you in advanced! PS: Attached is the image of the Resource Monitor & if you need any other information let me know.
