  1. Hello, I run Malwarebytes 3.2.2 Premium on a few XP computers. 3.1 worked fine, but there have been a few glitches with 3.2 (the first, which caused browsers to immediately crash, has apparently been corrected.) The current bug is intermittent, but seems to affect programs in the Protected Applications list. If the glitch occurs, those programs won't open (but they will appear in Task Manager, using ~3,000 KB of memory). Exiting Malwarebytes, manually killing MBAMService.exe and then restarting Malwarebytes corrects the problem, at least until it randomly reappears. This glitch has effected two separate Windows XP (service pack 3) computers. One more thing... I tried to go into the Protected Applications list on one of the systems and turn the slider to "Off." Malwarebytes locked up entirely at that point and I had to exit the program. Thanks for any insight!
  2. I bought a 3 pc 1 year license key at my local Office Depot for $40 and it's been working great, up until yesterday when I noticed web protectin was off and wasn't turning back on. I'm not sure how to fix it, and im scared that if I uninstall malwarebytes I will lose my key for 1 pc and have to use my last one on the same computer, which I don't want to do because I want to give it to my friend for Christmas, and if I were to use it I'd be scared that this would happen again. Anyway I've tried restarting my computer, making sure malwarebytes is running as administrator, checking for updates frequently, and nothing's working. Please help Thanks -Sam
  3. Hi, after starting up my computer, I noticed in the system tray Malwarebytes 3.2.2 (Free) had a red exclamation triangle. I've checked for updates and restarted my PC, but I'm unable to resolve the notification, the Scan Status doesn't indicate an issue. Can someone please help.
  4. Hi, I've recently updated to Malwarebytes 3.2.2, and noticed the Quarantine section is empty, I only had one threat, has it been deleted after update. I'd appreciate any advice.
