  1. This pop-up keeps happening. Domain and IP say the same but the Port number changes. Research seems to show storage.googleapis.com is a virus but MWBP scan comes up clean. Ran ADWcleaner, Avast Browser Cleaner, HerdProtector, and ESET. Still getting this message. Avast BC had a pop-up saying "Istartsurf" (browser hijacker?) was detected, suggests removing it and offers to do so. Click Yes, then Avast says it's clean but when I rerun the program, the same message regarding Istartsurf comes up. I'm not tech savvy and feel I'm in over my head. Sorry, the pictures are out of order and that the one is so big. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
  2. Since Malwarebytes for Mac does not overwrite the old version (Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Mac), you're left with two versions. If you uninstall the old version after installing the new one, will any needed components be removed? If so, does that mean you should uninstall the old version *before* installing the new one? Thank you!
  3. So just now, I had to update, and it asked me to reinstall Malwarebytes to the new 3.2.2 version looking GUI. But my key says i HAD A LIFETIME LICENCE. Q___q, that my Server/owners/friend won 5 keys, and gave me this one. And I've been using this one for about 2 years and 3/4ths of this year.
  4. Hello, MB developers and community. I want to say thank you for creating your program as I have always been using it for years and I never had any issues with it. It was always quick to detect fishy files and sites and always helping me make my PC safe. I have to apologize for not showing my gratitude earlier I wanted to ask you, is it normal for a full scan to take a very short time to complete (<5 min.) ? I recently did a "Custom Scan", with both my SSD and HDD drives selected (MB is installed on 250GB SSD where OS is along with any programs with 129GB used, and HDD is 1TB where all of my video games are installed with 580GB used) after always scanning through "Threat Scan". I don't know why, but it seems like it should take a lot longer to scan in total 709GB. Everything was checked once I checked both of the drives, and "Scan for rootkits" was also selected. Any opinions on this ? Thanks in forward, and thanks again for your wonderful program.
  5. How many computers can Malwarebytes for Mac 3 be installed on? If I need to purchase more than one license, is there a volume discount?
