  1. I have got this Malware and it produces 77 infections. I use Malwarebytes programme but not effective. PUP.Optional.MindSpark.Generic is the name to start with. Any FREE Malwarebytes removal programme please.
  2. Someone just told me a file I just downloaded was a cookie logger, I couldn't find anything that says how these work. I never did run the program, but I still want to know if it could have infected my computer! Please help, even if cookie loggers are fine, answer the question anyway. They showed me pictures of things the logger did, so I believe that they can actually do something.
  3. This could be a hijacked browser, I'm not sure but in this picture there are some links that send into browsers like "wow.com" and other suspicious websites. While I was typing this I just realize when I clicked on those few links it kept showing me this These pictures are what's going on It's not natural to have links above images because I thought this was a new update or something but when I looked on my brothers computer it doesn't show links above images for him. So idk what's going on. So can you help me out to remove it and how it's happening?
  4. Hi all ^^ Here is my problem. I suddenly, and for no reason, lost some fps on my games. So I searched up on internet what is possibly causing this fps loss and found a topic talking about some malawqare infection. So I tried to install malawarebyte BUT i keep getting the message "the publisher certificate is not valid". So i tried downloading it on internet explorer wich gave me the same error but this time it was a windows 10 message. So i searched up a bit and ran mbar as told in many topics. When it finished it told me "scan complete no malaware found". I'm actually stuck here. What should i do ? should i reset my computer or is there a solution ? Thanks for taking time to read Draskulls Edit : I removed the malawarebytes certficate and installed malawarebytes BUT cannot run it even if i go to the command prompt admin and paste the path
  5. i have two "Systéme.exe" in my start up on task manager a virus from when i downloaded programs i found some of the little files that was hiding and deleted them and emptied my trash can but it's still there hiding in my start up , just minus the little icon picture it had, i have tried malaware bytes, malaware bytes rootkit and some other type of rootkit, 2 keylogger detection/removal programs, i tried JRT, AdwCleaner, CCleaner, i tried ESET online scan and got to 47% before my pc froze, i tried dr web cureit, and avira until that got stuck for an hour on one file, currently scanning with herdprotect. some of those scanners have detected stuff and removed them but it still shows the 2 " Systéme.exe" i need to know how to remove this as i do not have a recent restore point and dont want to lose all the programs i have downloaded before this happened. the only site i see at all on "Systéme.exe" is from here http://www.herdprotect.com/systame.exe-bbd1baf28522f6fe46ae15ce1a2c393de27669db.aspx
