  1. I recently bought a license and I can't activate it When I try to activate it, 2 messages pop up: (1)"Unable to contact license server. Check your proxy settings or contact your system administrator for help." (2)"Installation_token Not Found" "Do you get the same result more than once if you follow the same steps? Y/N" - Yes. I've added screenshots of the messages. I've tried the link that I've seen around these forums - https://keystone.mwbsys.com and it wont load it properly and say - This site can’t be reached keystone.mwbsys.com refused to connect. Try: Checking the connection Checking the proxy and the firewall ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED Check your internet connection. Check any cables and reboot any routers, modems, or other network devices you may be using. Allow Opera to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings. If it is already listed as a program allowed to access the network, try removing it from the list and adding it again. If you use a proxy server… Check your proxy settings or contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. If you don't believe you should be using a proxy server: Go to the Main menu > Settings > Change proxy settings… > LAN Settings and deselect "Use a proxy server for your LAN". And when I try it from my mobile phone it says "OK". I've tried disabling my firewall (Windows firewall) completely and it didn't work either. I've tried opening a hotspot from my mobile phone and connecting to the link I mentioned above through that connection and it still didn't work. When I tried going to the link https://keystone.mwbsys.com while using the built-in vpn in my Opera browser (set to optimal location - I checked the location and it was SWEDEN) It actually showed the "OK" message.   3. Hello, I try to buy Malwarebytes antivirus programme for student licence. An error occurred during the payment process, and my card was withdrawn money twice and but 2checkout firm said that "we have not received any payment for them" . But when I look at my bank account it seems withdrawn money for them.( I added for this picture). And I try to buy again after 3 days later it didnt happen again. What is the problem about that? And after the transaction, I did not receive any information about the premium account info and receipt. I want to cancel and my money back, please.
  4. Hi All, This could be a simple answer to my question. I use to run Malwarebytes on 2 devices and now I have replaced my laptop device running Windows 10 and I went to deactivate my old laptop. This caused an error, what I have noticed however is that after adding my new laptop it says I have "Available devices - 3 of 6", when it should say I have "2 of 6". I appear to have lost the use of one license because I may have done the deactivation wrong. How can this please be fixed? Thanks and Regards, Rob
  5. I thought Mbam 3 licence had only one key. I downloaded mb3-setup-consumer-3.5.1.2522-1.0.391-1.0.6183.exe and there is a space for an ID as well as a key? is this correct and is it lifetime or annual?
  6. Hi! I bought licence key on g2a.com and reinstalled my old win7 to new shiny win10 and when trying register program throws dialog windows with maximum licence been achieved! Right I bought 1 computer licence, but this is same computer. How can I change it to my new system. When I'm loggin to my Malwarebytes account there is writen that I have no licence registered. What shoud I do? Demend money back or if I proof transaction with reseller - registration will be completed. Rafal
