  5. Hello, I try to buy Malwarebytes antivirus programme for student licence. An error occurred during the payment process, and my card was withdrawn money twice and but 2checkout firm said that "we have not received any payment for them" . But when I look at my bank account it seems withdrawn money for them.( I added for this picture). And I try to buy again after 3 days later it didnt happen again. What is the problem about that?   6. Hi All, This could be a simple answer to my question. I use to run Malwarebytes on 2 devices and now I have replaced my laptop device running Windows 10 and I went to deactivate my old laptop. This caused an error, what I have noticed however is that after adding my new laptop it says I have "Available devices - 3 of 6", when it should say I have "2 of 6". I appear to have lost the use of one license because I may have done the deactivation wrong. How can this please be fixed? Thanks and Regards, Rob

  8. Hi! I bought licence key on g2a.com and reinstalled my old win7 to new shiny win10 and when trying register program throws dialog windows with maximum licence been achieved! Right I bought 1 computer licence, but this is same computer. How can I change it to my new system. When I'm loggin to my Malwarebytes account there is writen that I have no licence registered.   10. Hello, so today I encountered a new problem with my MBAM, seemingly out of nowhere. Never had this before. So I woke up, turned my screen on and my PC was completely 'censoreded up'. Loads of things had stopped working, I checked task manager and MBAMService.exe was having extreme memory leaks. I tried shutting it down, unable to. Had to do go through CMD and do it. And everytime, I shut MBAMService.exe down, it automatically started itself again. And it was still leaking, everytime. It went up extremely fast as well, several gigabytes in 30 seconds. CPU, Private memory, RAM.

However, whenever i try to activate the licence from within the application, I get an error message telling me that "Unable to contact licence server. Contact your system administrator for help".   20. Greetings! My MB licence will sadly expire soon, and I would like to buy another one. The problem I have is that Malwarebytes does not support payments like DineroMail/ PayU LATAM. I use this servicies because I live in latin america, and I don't have access to a credit card, and that's why my only way to buy original software is through a reseller. Sadly no reseller sells MB licences here in my country, except for G2A who supports sales to my country thanks to PayU LATAM. I would like to know if G2A MB keys are blacklisted or not, because they are my last resort in order to get a licence
  21. Not now a problem to me but I thought I'd just post my initial problem... I've 2 laptops, both running Win7 and installed Anti-Ransomware Beta on the first with no problems. I installed it then on the 2nd one and got when I ran it it gave the message about my licence not activating. There seemed to be no way for me to fix whatever was wrong. I closed the program and restarted it and this time it came up with a message saying I wasn't protected but this time gave me a 'fix it' button which worked. There are no error or warning events showing in the event viewer.
