Hello, I try to buy Malwarebytes antivirus programme for student licence. An error occurred during the payment process, and my card was withdrawn money twice and but 2checkout firm said that "we have not received any payment for them" . But when I look at my bank account it seems withdrawn money for them.( I added for this picture). And I try to buy again after 3 days later it didnt happen again. What is the problem about that? And after the transaction, I did not receive any information about the premium account info and receipt. I want to cancel and my money back, please.
Hi Team, I just bought a licence key premium of Malwarebytes premium on Windows 10 Pro but I get this error when activating : "Cannot reach server licence. Please check your network..." "Key infoundable. Please activate your licence. It seems to have a problem with your key licence. Please check your informations' licence, then type your key licence again." Hi, I'm testing the new Anti-Ransomware BETA program. After installation I will get the error message: "Your licence failed to activate". Maybe this is because this Workstation is behind a squid proxy. Is it possible to configure the proxy settings like in the Anti-Malware Version? Thanks for any reply.
