I am using your web page about: How to remove PUP.Optional.Spigot.A (Virus Removal Guide); https://malwaretips.com/blogs/pup-optional-spigot-a-virus-removal/. But there is a problem: the link to the Junkware Removal Tool tool at Step 2: doesn't work. How can I get it to proceed with the Steps of your page?

I had to jump over to Chrome in order to edit my post so that I could type this text. For some reason Microsoft Edge didn't recognize or load the entry field. Anyhow, I just heard about your product, JRT, and decided to try it out. Unfortunately as soon as I attempted to open it I got the error that you see below. I had also downloaded and was fully able to use AdwCleaner beforehand and really liked it. I am currently running Windows 10 Version 1607 (OS Build 14393.953) in case that helps you to pin anything down. Thank you so much for your time and assistance. Kevin

I have some things to says about your tool and this seems the only way to reach you. 1) Please create a proper website with contact information. It looks undone and shady the way it is now. 2) When checking for malware, your tool stops the driver of my Wacom graphic tablet, but forgets to turn it on again after it's finished. I have to restart Windows to be able to move the mouse cursor again. 3) I installed the Software Informer update checker and you simply deinstalled it again without telling me what kind of malware it is.

hello, within the last few days I've noticed that i'm getting redirected to product websites whenever I try to browse the internet. I'm also getting a lot of popups that say "powered by rollaround". I've searched google for help on this and haven't found much. All references seem to be no more than a few days old so I can only assume that this is very new software. I have already tried scanning with kaspersky, malwarebytes, junkware removal tool, and adwcleaner to no avail. Any help I can get with removing this annoying infection from my computer would be appreciated, thanks.
