  1. Hello. I solved the problem with the ransomware protection off by running the program in compatibility mode but then the anti-malware protection suddenly went off and then I got a blue screen and my PC restarted. I ran FRST and mb-check and uploaded the results here. Please tell me what to do next. Thank you for your time. mb-check-results.zip
  2. As title says... Malwarebytes sending Telemetry despite option is turned off! Explain please! Additional info. Malwarebytes has been uninstalled and reinstalled, the telemetry is still active. Latest version is installed! Yes i read this thread I also read this reddit thread here where the Malwarebytes Employee promised that the telemetry would be turned off when the option in settings was set to off. Obviously this is not the case. Info taken from pi.hole/ & malwarebytes settings. ( im lucky i have that hardware in my network if i did not malwarebytes would have gotten tons of data from me without me knowning despite having the option turned off in settings! )
  3. So it would seem that my copy of malwarebytes isn't active. I'm not sure why this happened since I'm the operator of the account and I know I activated it to premium in the past. So I went to malwarebytes website and attempted to activate my key which simply puts me at blank page where nothing happens. In Microsoft Edge it just says its looking for the Malware bytes Assistant. It fails to find it and nothing happens. I've gotten the most recent version of Malware bytes installed on my PC so I'm not sure what the issue is. I really could use some assistance since I can't seem to determine how to resolve what appears to be a miss-communicating pair of programs.
  4. Good afternoon, lately my internet connection started being really slow so I thought it could be caused by a malware, then I decided to install and run Malwarebytes on my PC since Windows Defender didn't help me at all. This problem only occurs temporally, then my connection works normally for a few hours, so I don't think it's about hardware. Malwarebytes found many threats which I've already deleted, but I'll post its scan log anyway. It solved an issue that made the Google website be slow, but my internet is still failing a lot. Of course, I've been talking to my internet provider company, but they found no issues, and my speed should be 300 Mb/s as it's shown by the speed tests but it's clearly not. Furthermore this is not happening to any other devices connected via Wi-Fi. At this point I'm totally lost, so I'd be grateful if you could help me. Thank you very much. (FRST, Addition and Malwarebytes logs are attached) FRST.txt Addition.txt malwarebytesLog.txt
