I just got the new version 18.104.22.168 of MB. I was hoping that here was Malwarebyte's chance the fix the problem of IPv6 pings being blocked by the Web Protection feature. Unfortunately, the problem is STILL NOT FIXED! Very annoying! I am a dual stacked user on Comcast and every now and then Comcast decides to change my IPv6 prefix. So, every few days, I'll ping a web site that uses IPv6 to make sure all is well. But, before I do that I have to also temporarily disable Web Protection. This is an OLD issue. Malwarebytes has known about the problem since January of this year - there is a long thread in the forums about this issue. Suggestions have been made to downgrade to an older version of MB that doesn't have this issue, but I don't want to do that. Please fix the problem, that's the real solution!
After i shutdown my machine and then start it, with fast boot from windows 10 enabled the ipv6 fails to connect until i close malware bytes. This problem don't exist with version 3. Windows 10 last stable version 1903. Windows 10 in uefi mode. Intel LAN card I218-V with driver 22.214.171.124 and rss load balancing profile to numascaling.
