Hi, new to Malwarebytes. I am attempting to install the application but it showed a message informing that an error has occurred and Malwarebytes will not install after two computer restarts. I ran the Malwarebytes Support Tool and got the zip file below. One note is that I am using Avast Antivirus as well simply as a scan antivirus and have disabled its shields. I tend to have more than one antivirus on my computer but have one as my primary and the others purely for scanning. Not sure if it is a contributor to the problem. mbst-grab-results.zip

After running a scan and identifying and removing a few threats related to the QSearch/ChillTab search engine virus (which I have been dealing with and trying to rid my machine of for a while now), I was prompted to restart my machine. Once I logged back in and tried to open Malwarebytes again, I got a message saying "The Application is Damaged - please download and install a new copy of the software to replace the damaged files" (see first screenshot here: https://imgur.com/a/DzEqVMU). So I downloaded the software again and tried to install and got a message saying "The Installation Failed" (see second screenshot here: https://imgur.com/a/DzEqVMU). After that I tried restarting my machine, same "Installation failed" message. I deleted all previous Malwarebytes files and restarted my machine, same message. I went through my application list and removed anything I hadn't used recently just in case there was some malware in those files. Still got the same message. I'm not sure what the next step to take is here -- I am concerned that there is some malware on my computer but I cant get Malwarebytes installed. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, Ive been trying to install your program now for about 3 days since i clicked a link that a friend sent me through steam (i still have the file FYI) and ever since i clicked the link my internet and computer seem to be running slow. Any help/ advice would be great about now. Best Reguards, Alvin

I purchased Malwarbytes premium on 4/18/2014 for my older computer. It went out almost immediately after I installed the premium program, so I had to order a new Dell computer. When it arrived, I installed the premium download, but the operating system broke down and Dell techs could not help me fix it on the phone ... called them, and had a replacement sent. Guess what? The replacement after I installed the premium program had the audio go out, so Dell had to send me ANOTHER replacement. the THIRD new Dell unit works okay, but I cannot install the premium download because they say that I have used the three license downloads, but it has been through no fault of my own. I have sent this message to Malwarebytes already two times, and can get no response for help from them. Any ideas?
